We currently only ship to the UK. We have 4 shipping options:
1. Standard UK delivery. £ 4.99 ( free on orders over £ 100)
Usually delivered within 3- 5 working days.
2. Express 2 day delivery £ 5.99 ( Express 2 Day) Order before midnight for delivery within 48 hours
3. UK NEXT DAY DELIVERY- EVRi
£ 6.99 Order before 6 pm for next day delivery via EVRi
4. Premium Next Day Delivery - DPD. £ 7.99 Order before 2pm for premium next day delivery via DPD. Get updates via SMS and email on the status of your order and receive a 1 hour delivery window, plus the option to track or divert your parcel.
Returns:
We want you to be happy with your products. If you change your mind, you have 30 days from the delivery date to return your items to us. Items returned to us should be in the same condition as they arrived. This means that any used items or opened items with damaged packaging will not be accepted. You will need to cover the cost of returning the item and are liable for the condition that the item when it is received. Please ensure the delivery method insures the item against loss or damage.
If you would like to return an item, please send a message to us through our contact page with your original order number. You do not need to give us a reason for unwanted item returns.
Our items are covered by a 30 day warranty from the date of delivery. If a fault occurs within this time, please send us a message via our contact page with your order number.
If your item develops a fault outside of the 30 day from delivery date window, where applicable, your item may have a manufacturers warranty. If this is the case, please contact the manufacturer of the item and use your order receipt as proof of purchase.
